For companies

The repertoire of the Ladder Art Company includes several performances and training/workshops specifically designed for and offered to companies.

Performing arts training tools are applicable in everyday life: in the workplace and in social communication, they support more conscious, open, attentive, flexible, and precise human behavior.
Our training programs are led by theatre professionals, experienced instructors, and acting teachers – this is what makes them unique. Acting is grounded in human behavior – its educators explore how and why we act the way we do, and how we can understand and consciously change it to serve our goals.
The workshops draw on training tools from internationally recognized actor training and performing arts methodologies.
Our trainings are professionally grounded, flexible, approachable, playful, and tailored to the current needs of each participant group.
Our trainings
Presence, attention, concentration
How can we truly observe our environment, the people around us, and ourselves? What does it take to be fully present in the moment, in the space, in our work?
By developing our attention and concentration, we can gather more detailed and accurate information from our surroundings. We become more aware of how external events affect us and what meaning our actions carry.
Through this process, our ability to express, interpret, perceive, adapt, and connect with others grows.
Characters in everyday life
What behavioral patterns do we carry with us? Are we able to recognize them and, if necessary, change them? Can we identify different personality traits or archetypal characteristics in others?
By becoming consciously aware of the behavioral patterns of ourselves and others, we can more easily recognize the true intentions, coping strategies, and communication tactics behind actions.
This leads to the development of self-awareness, empathy, a broader range of communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex situations.
Atmospheres of our environment
What kind of atmosphere exists in the environment we are currently in? How can we recognize and change it?
The moment we enter a space, its atmosphere affects us—whether we are aware of it or not.
By using our imagination, we can create moods, atmospheres, and sensations—each of which has a different effect on us and on everyone sharing that space.
This enhances our creativity, observational skills, emotional awareness and modulation, as well as our ability to influence others.

The survivors. For now…
